Not happy with both husband my Whopper JR that had Very hard buns. My chocolate shake was ¾ full not even mixed up. We will never return.

The worker that handled my money also handled my fry scooping them up into the paper cache. She didn't wash her hands or put on gloves. I was too hungry to complain and make a scene and now I potentially could get sick or die. ??????

After missing food from previous drive thru orders, I went back today hoping it would be better. Unfortunately I ordered a chocolate shake and it wasn 't completely mixed. I also ordered the Crispy chicken wraps, upon eating it I realized that there was no breading on my soggy chicken. Also, once again ordered kids meals and my kids drink wasn 't included (prior to this one of my kids chicken nuggets that was paid for wasn 't included). One should not have to stop when they have kids in the car before leaving to make sure that all of the products PAID for were received or to ensure that the quality matches what the menu says. Very disappointed because this is close to home but I don 't want to go back to this location. Too many consistent mistakes.

I have a coupon for a free value fry which exclusively says good at any carrols which was also based on a fundraiser to support their own charity community scholarship fund and it has NO EXPIRATION DATE and the workers there would not accept my coupon after I waited about 10 minutes in their line for my free fry, and my ice cream purchase. This place is an absolute miserable joke and always has been. Every time you go there plan to wait 10 to 30 minutes for service and don't expect any type of hospitality or even ethics because you'll find none. Operate by their own poor standards and don't even honor a valid coupon for a free value fry. The lady said it was expired, yet it clearly carries no expiration and claims to be good at any carrols burger king location. I had zero issues claiming one in Ypsilanti a week ago. This location is just a dump.
