Shimane Winery - Izumo

The place is organized and neat. it will show the process of its local weingut through a walk on the 2nd etage, which down the production area. it is surrounded by a mountain and very accessible with large parking space.

A wonderful and comfortable place to visit. for tasting are available both free and paid own wines. they are quite original, with how sake and cofu robs intact. public transportation are available to avoid drinking!

For the first time I visited a weingutfabrik. it's really interesting to see the wine making. they have touring course where they show how they make wein of obst to end process. next to winary they also have a load where they sell weine. we can only taste few wine varieties without restrictions.

You can only drink crying. free tour of the wine with 2 restaurants. good place to hang
