Bidrage med feedbackOld school, fancy little Italian steakhouse in a strip mall next to a gas station. ...and probably my most memorable restaurant meal ever!!! Filet was the best I've ever had, without doubt. Perfect technique and highest quality meat. I've eaten my way in steak across the country, at some of the best places. My New York strip, recommended by the chef, was possibly the best steak I've had at a restaurant certainly one of the best, certainly with the best char I've ever had. Chef Eric is an absolute master of the pan sear. MARVELOUS! House made mozzarella Di bufala in the buratta appetizer he literally gets water buffalo milk and makes it WOW!!! Pasta excellent. Nice list of Italian wines. Best creme brûlée I've ever had. Eric is a super direct and passionate guy and I was delighted to chat with him on some pretty heavy topics! and eat in his restaurant. I WILL return. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.
This is a two hour minimum experience dining. Very pricey but absolutely the best food you will get in the area. Plan on a type of intimacy with the other diners and the chef as he is half in and half out with each guest. His wife is a consummate pro at serving. Heavy glasses and spotless! 10 star experience from a genius chef. It’s small and very cozy. Unique. Interesting and one of a kind dining experience. Not for children or teens. Bring a jacket and a mini flashlight after 8. Lights are dim. Chef Eric is a one of a kind. Definitely would return. Filet was like butter! Ravioli with Mexican tiger shrimp delicious and the burata appetizer I could have eaten it daily so fresh! Cesar salad crisp and fresh and bread very fresh. Best meal I’ve ever had! It 's a great little restaurant with something different for St. George. The food was excellent and the service unmatched. I was very impressed with entire wait staff. Greeted promptly and fully explained the menu, since it was the first time we had visited the restaurant. We will certainly visit the restaurant in the near future. Without a doubt, one of the most amazing dining experiences I've ever had in the state of Utah! The food is absolutely incredible, the atmosphere is beyond perfect, and the service is simply top-notch. You can truly feel the passion and dedication that goes into every dish, and I wholeheartedly suggest coming here for a delightful meal. This place will definitely be one of my go-to spots whenever I'm in Utah again! Delightful dining experience with Chef Eric. He is the main course. The food is amazing. From beginning to end. Filet like butter. Everything was very nice. It's an experience to remember. Very dim and nice music. Very interesting and go in this the understanding that it is not a corporate feel. This is a very talented chef that works the entire restaurant and show. His wife is there working. Unique 2 hour dining experience.
