MIX Tapas Kitchen and Bar - Ithaca

Took way too long to get our drinks! Got appetizers and salad before drinks! Love the food!

The food and service were excellent. We appreciated the fact that the owner personally came to chat with us at our table. Our only issue was that we were not aware that the restaurant operated on a tapas style dining until we were seated and our server explained it to us. This information was not mentioned on the website or menu, and given the prices on the menu, one would expect full portions. If you are not prepared for a more expensive meal due to having to order several dishes, you may be surprised and disappointed.

The food at this restaurant is exceptional, comparable to some of the more upscale places in Boston but at a much more affordable price. We will definitely be returning when we come back to the area.

Very good food with many creative small plate options. Service was a little spotty and not great atmosphere, but overall a very good dining option.
