Bagels N Brunch Deli - Islip Terrace

I recently visited a deli that impressed me with their attentive customer service. When my Uber order was mixed up, the man I spoke to on the phone was courteous and quickly offered to help rectify the mistake. The service was excellent, and it was my first time dining there. My boss frequently orders from this deli for the office, and I can see why. The menu offers great deals, such as buy one get one free, and the sandwiches are phenomenal. The pancake, egg, and cheese sandwich is a must-try, as are the stuffed mushrooms. The hot food options are just as delicious. While waiting for my corrected order, I sampled the chocolate chip cookies, which were soft and delightfully melted in my mouth. I will definitely be returning for more. I highly recommend this deli for its exceptional service, delicious food, and cleanliness. Thumbs up to them!

Me and my girlfriend got 2 bagels with cream cheese, and both bagels tasted like expired cream cheese and cleaning products. Also the store smells awful like a hazardous scent similar to formaldehyde.

Can't get an order right. Very disappointing to get home and a simple order is ruined. Witnessed another order wrong while waiting for mine. Workers not very good.

Best coffee I ever had when ever I pass through from this location make a stop.

The staff are very friendly, welcoming you with a smile and a warm greeting. I felt at ease and comfortable during my visit.
