Friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent breakfast bar. One has to wait a in line for personalized omelets, yet delicious! The pool was small for the size of the hotel. Comfortably, about 3 families can swim.

We called ahead to let the hotel know we were checking in late. We were told no problem We were not told that the system shuts down at midnight. The front desk manager initially told us it would be 30 minutes. When we inquired at 45 minutes, we were told an hour. However, he really wasn 't sure as he had not been through a month

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Albuquerque. The suite was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable and check in was easy. Breakfast made to order and breakfast buffet included with stay. An afternoon reception (happy hour) is also included. The staff was friendly and responsive.

Awesome experience! Staff was amazing, couple of staff I need to callout, Anais Finley w/Complimentary Breakfast, she was such a loving and customer driven person, very helpful and always approach you with a smile; they need two of her. Also, Tammy with Reservation, again, customer driven, very friendly makes you feel at home while away from home. I gave rooms a four star due to bathrooms only had tubs, some guests are elderly (my aunt) who had a very hard time getting in/out of tub; upgrad to showers would be best. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.
