My recent experience at this restaurant was terrible. I have dined here often with friends and my wife, but after a meeting with the manager during my last visit, I will not be returning. I usually order the same sushi dish, but this time it tasted burnt, and even my wife agreed with me. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she brought the manager over. Unfortunately, the manager showed no interest in addressing the issue and simply insisted that the sushi was good. However, it tasted awful, almost like charcoal. Even the spicy mayo couldn't mask the burnt flavor. What really disappointed me was the manager's dismissive response to our complaint. He seemed indifferent and did not even apologize for the poor experience. I will be sure to warn friends, family, and others to avoid this place. Additionally, despite there being plenty of empty tables, the manager seated us right next to another couple with only small walls separating us. This lack of privacy was uncomfortable, especially when other tables were available where we could have had more space.

What bothered me the most was the manager's lack of concern and unwillingness to apologize for the poor quality. I would advise everyone to avoid this place. The restaurant was not crowded, yet we were seated right next to another couple with only small walls separating us, which made the experience uncomfortable. There were plenty of other empty tables where we could have had some privacy.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and the service is always top-notch.

The manager didn't care, and his only answer was "sushi is good". The sushi was **** and tasted like charcoal. Even the spicy mayo couldn't empower the burnt taste. What really threw me off is the manager's answer to this bad experience. The guy didn't care nor did he even apologize. Will make sure to tell friends, family, and others to avoid this place.To add to that, the store had a few people inside, and he decided to place us right next to another couple with those small walls in between. Found that to be awkward, especially since there were so many tables around where you could have some privacy

As everyone knows, I love sushi and eat it all the time.
