Bidrage med feedbackThe girl with the braids in the morning has a poor attitude. She needs to have more customer service skills. You ask for a condiment and the drive thru window just slams. She's the only one at this location who rolls her eyes and clearly lackingservice. I'll get her name one day. She likes to text at the window maybe that's why she's bothered when you ask for acondiment. On another note Jackie is a pleasant worker. She's has the best service in this place. Thank you Jackie.
This location was amazing. They were VERY CLEAN, they were friendly, the employees were NOT LOUD, the burgers were REALLY THE BEST WHEN WE BIT INTO THEM WE GOT JUICY !!!!! NOT OILY !!!!! OUR BREAD WAS FRESH TOAST AND!!!! NOT OLD TOASTED BREAD WAITINGTO BE USED !!!!!!!!! WE WILL DRIVE FROM CEDAR HILL, TX TO THIS LOCATION AT 12:00 AM FROM NOW OWN!!!! Y'ALL BE BLESSED TOO!!!!!!
Note: they spit into my fries and drank half of my soda on a subsequent visit. DO NOT GO HERE They gave me old stale fries and way overcooked the toast on my patty melt, it was like a stone. Definitely not pleasant and terrible tasting.
The first time I have ever visited WB And it was awesome! The size of Patty's was so huge ! The place itself was sparkling clean and Angela was taking order so friendly! Team did great job! Thank you guys so much ???? keep in going!
This is most likely the worst Whataburger that I've ever visited. The service is EXTREMELY slow. They constantly mix up the orders and the staff isn't friendly. It seems as though no one has been trained to do the job. And that unfortunately includesthe manager. It shouldn't ever take 15ro 20 minutes to receive your order at a fast food restaurant. When you go to the counterto order and another person in the establishment tells you that you better take a seat because it's going to take a while. Youneed to leave and find a better place to eat. The food was decent, but I wouldn't recommend going here unless the staff iscompletely retrained
