Food is not good, quality nor quantity. its very disappointing. its equivalent to fast food quality, but at restaurant prices, the service is really slow, the fact the boba isnt self service as it should be makes the register operator make you wait until they’re done tending to what people want in your boba before they deal with you. it doesnt make sense. its right there, but you stand and wait while the line builds up while people decide what they want in it. but aside that fact the point is the food isnt great, the boba drinks are all very overly sweet. everyone says its supposed to be good but im not seeing that perspective.

Came here today to find that it is closed permanently. Bummer, it was a lot of fun getting boba here.

Do not go here if you are looking for their Snow shaved ice. Go to their Cerritos location. While their food is still good, they claim the food shortage as a reason for not having shaved ice, yet some their third other location has it.

Definitely change owner from Taiwanese to Indian. Food does not taste right. No more shave ice. Fried rice noodle taste more Indian flavor than Taiwanese. The stinking tofu does not has the real stink flavors. Very disappointed

I tried calling multiple times and nobody picks up the phone. Then I arrived and tried calling in store to see if the phone is even working..... well, it works. the worker rejected my phone call LOL
