Deck 47 - Innsbruck Stadt

I had ordered tuna pizza me and my friends the dough was really nice. The Tuna fish barely in the middle of the pizza 3 slices got none tuna fish the same for my friends pizza

I once loved this restaurant and I would go there around twice a month but today was one of the worst experiences I have had in a restaurant. First of all we waited an hour after ordering before our waiter realised we still didn’t have our food he very apologetically explained that our order got lost. When our starter arrived which was the beef tartar we then had to ask for cutlery, 5 minutes later still no cutlery so I went and found a waiter and explained we have already waited an hour for our food can you please hurry up with our cutlery. All of a sudden a big middle aged woman comes marching over and yells at our table that we only waited a few minutes for our food. She obviously wasn’t informed that they lost our order. I have never be talked to so rudely by a server in my life. The tables around us were looking at us in amazement of the situation. All we could do is laugh at the situation. On top of that situation our beef tar tar was rushed out of the kitchen and they forgot to season the meat so it was basically just a plate of raw beef with no flavour. Our waiter was apologetic and offered us free coffee and desert but I told him I dont want free anything I want an apology from the big middle aged waitress. This apology never came. This waitress should not be allowed in customer service and if I was management I would be worried having someone like that on my team

Insbesondere abends zum guten essen samt wein&co eine wunderschöne stimmung (see direkt daneben); flotter und netter service .. sehr gut zum entspannen und genießen :)

Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von der Qualität und den hohen Preisen. Der Burger war nicht essbar. Das Schnitzel war ok aber für fast 13€ viel zu klein. Andere Gäste gaben ihre Teller ebenfalls halbvoll zurück. Fazit: Das nächste Mal geht's wieder zum Kiosk.

Wir waren inzwischen mehrmals mittags mit der gesamten Familie (Senioren und Kleinkinder) zum Essen im Deck 47.dabei waren wir sowohl mit der Qualität des Essens, mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und mit der Bedienung höchst zufrieden .Trotz massivem Gästeandranges zu solchen Spitzenzeiten mussten wir auf das Essen nicht ungebührlich lange warten und die Qualität der Speisen blieb konstant ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und entgegenkommend.Wir werden das Restaurant in Zukunft auch noch abends besuchen, der Blick auf den See ist übrigens auch wunderschön.
