Are usually love chipotle, but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had they gave me 2 small pieces of meat, not going to that (n Indio chipotle ever again thank you very much.I will be taking my business to Onos Hawaiian BBQ

They had no forks or spoons , went to the counter and they said they did not have forks but would get me a spoon . 5 minutes later we were still waiting for the spoons and the food getting cold.Who eats their food cold???

$22 for a bowl lol ok I get it I added guacamole and extra meat. Is it just me or is the food always cold ? The staff was kind, and sorta left on their own to fend why there was no fresh greens and had to double check if they had any meat. The later hours to 11pm is awesome for some of us that work out at the local gym and need food after 10 pm. All the non soda drink were dried up only lemonade was working.

Ordered from this store. App, website, and google all said it was open today. Went to pick it up and sat in the drive thru pick up line for 20 minutes before driving around to the front only to realize the store was actually closed. Nothing in the app or on the door said they weren’t open today. Tried refunding the order on the app but there was nobody to respond because it was a holiday. Awful communication!
