Fuego's Bbq Mexican Cocina

Ay dios mio....this food is legit. KC BBQ had a baby with an authentic Mexican Taqueria and this baby se llama "Fuego 's "The #1 half chicken plate was delectable. Some of the best smoked chicken I 've ever had in my life.

The soul of any restaurant is its food, not the ambiance. Fuego's BBQ chicken is so delicious, and they're consistent. Their sauces, especially the spicy red salsa, take it to the next level. I love that they serve Mexican Coke to balance all the spiciness.I'll be back soon and promise to include pictures.

Great food and all around neato place. The owner was cooking and serving the food. Sauces are pretty spicy.

Stopped in because I saw they had high praise in the reviews. Wasn't super hungry so I just ordered a pastor burrito. Not very impressive. Not very flavorful, the pork was chili spicy but really can't taste much else in it. No reason to trash the place based off of one burrito, but also not very likely to return since there's plenty of other places nearby
