Yenice Pizza - Immingham

Ordered food at 2200, Arrived at 2250 and was wrong, was immediately telephoned to ask for a replacement, was assured that it would be replaced, 2 and half hours later no food arrived, no refund issued. Will be popping in Saturday 16th Feb to retrieve a refund for food not delivered!!!!!!!

Would not recommend ordering from yenice, 50 minute waiting time which I understand with it being a Friday, however when food got here it was all cold. Asked for a refund and they say I have to wait until tomorrow and put the phone down. Poor service. Don't even deserve a star, absolute disgrace.

I use to live on area and ordered regular from yenice an as truck driver in tge area i just walked in to shop tonight so 2 blokes bdhind counter 1 scraping a donner wrap of counter and finger flick it back into wrap then wipe fingers on outside of wrap ...then picked up remainder of counter and a old menu and flicked it into my meal tray the other lad was preparing... both stood laughing whislt im sat looking ..... my meals in bin and lost my custom for life dirty twats

Used to be my favorite place. Its always cold nowadays tonight waited over an hour. Delivery man said sorry but we have sent a free garlic bread, must still be in his car coz its not here. Foods cold again. And last time the order was wrong.

Good delivery service, chips were thin cut and some were hard like thay had been reheated. £8.80p for kebab meat and chips and 4cans of pop. Asked for salt and vinegar, never got any. Y dontd these types of take aways employee English people to take the orders ?Would not go here again.
