Quite delicious pizza and child menu. but the service is somehow boring and sad ..maybe it was too early on Sunday morning to work for them

We visiting this place for a dessert. Unfortunately our first two choices from the card were not available. So we decided to try tiramisu and cocktail Pina colada. Tiramisu was not so much tasty, I eating better tiramisu bought in supermarket. Pina colada was okay but not very especially. We will not visit again.

Very expensive. Pasta was unbelievably bad and not tasty. If you even try this place at least order the pizza that is the only thing they can do well

After visiting many different restaurants around the Illichevisk region, I decided to come to Italian Kvartal. I ordered sushi and was surprised to see that my sushi had a dead fly inside of it. After calling the manager (Ivan) I was told that this was something normal and he could bring me a new plate. Ivan was dressed like a janitor ripped jeans and a t-shirt) and not once did he decided to apologize for the fact that my dish had a fly. I was surprised since I have never had such horrible service. When calling customer service to speak to a representative I was told that this manager has been there for three years and not once has there been a complaint. I was perplexed and confused how he could have been a manager for three years without a single complaint. When I requested him to come to my table he never said his name, he never apologized, and instead he made it seem as if the incidence was my fault. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I would not recommend anybody to come here. If you are deciding between different restaurants I recommend choosing a different one.

This is a great place to dine. They offer a wide variety of menu items to choose from. The ambiance is lovely and the staff is very polite. I will definitely return.
