G's Country Kitchen - Huntsville

The personal is very friendly. be ready to wait for her to eat. it is not almost food joint. eating is good and they give them a decent amount. the prices are also appropriate. when the owner is there, he will come and speak. if they have any problems, he will make sure that it takes care of it. my mother and I went while I was in the city I always do when I visited and we had the black apron, candied yams, greens and pint beans. eating is always good no matter what I get.

It is hard to find a good southern, cooked eating restaurant! That's exactly what this is. some of the best cats, collard greens and black eyebrows and hush puppies. the price is not bad for what they get. they will not be disappointed when they try it. it's my way to eat!

When I say this is the best restaurant soul food I’ve tasted in a long time, you better believe it! Everything on the menu is delicious and cooked to order. The cakes are amazing as well and the staff is always great. You’ll leave with a smile!

I’ve been eating at this restaurant since a friend introduced me to it. My favorite is turkey and dressing day on Friday. However, i do sometimes order throughout the week and get the fried pork chop when I’m too lazy to cook. Today will be my last day supporting this business. I called in a to go order and was immediately addressed with disrespect. The lady answered the phone saying she can’t wait until they close. All i caught was closed so i asked are you close, that’s when she repeated the stupid comment. It’s unacceptable. Very poor customer service and lack of respect. Not to mention, whenever i eat here i ALWAYS leave a 5 tip because they are always busy and work so hard. Definitely regret it after the way i was treated during my call. If you’re having a bad day, GO HOME !

My favorite country cooking place in Huntsville, will return many times. The fried chicken and pork chops are without equal!
