Wendy's - Huntley

Wendy?s has always been my favorite fast food and this one stacks up with the rest. Food quality is great and service is as well. It?s very convenient that you can enter the Wendy?s through the gas station convenience store too. Only reason it isn?t five stars is because it?s right by the gas station and the smell can be a bit much while eating.

I was happy when they put the new Wendy's in Huntley but after two visits I think I will continue to go to the one in Hampshire near the truck stop. First time they got my order wrong and told me I ordered it that way until they looked at the receipt. The final straw they messed up again with the food and over charged me and when I asked for the difference back the Manager not an employee got an attitude and slammed my change on the counter. So no I will not be returning to this location, very unprofessional and tired of wrong orders.

This Wendys has never gotten anything right. From screwed up orders to rude service. They said they weren't taking orders at the moment and to check back in 10 mins. When I went back the employees didn't answer the intercom. Store was still within it's hours and they told me to check back so why didn't they follow up.

It's so fresh when I was there at 9am inside. I actually asked if they just opened cause it took forever and it was just me!!!!! Inside of course! Nobody was in drive thru!! French toast sticks were fire
