Baskin-robbins - Huntington

I took my 30 year old handicapped son, here today. We were waited in by a young, wavy brown headed gentleman. He was so very kind and respectful! It pleased me to see this young man treat my son with such dignity. He spoke to him directly and offered him samples of various ice creams

Yesterday me and my partner visited during the hotter part of the day, and the store had an influx of customers before us. Despite this, the service was still quick, and the employees were kind and helpful. Last but not least, the ice cream was incredible! I would definitely visit again.

The Baskin Robbins on 1598 Washington Ave Huntington WV has been the best experience I have had at any BR shop....High quality ice cream and toppings...and a wonderful staff .. I just moved to the area but this is going to be my daily summer adventure...yum

Great staff and great selection of flavors to make for the best of milkshakes. They even let me combine flavors to come up with a unique milkshake. I loved how friendly and enthusiastic the staff were, never missing a beat between drive through and counter customers and still finding time to offer flavor samples with a smile. I used to come here when I was a teenager and it's nice to see teenagers still have a place to go that provides good old fashioned fun.

The changing flavors mean I'm always finding anew favorite. Slightly higher in price, but this isn't your grandma's vanilla ice cream. Currently, loving Love Potion #31. The staff at this location are very nice, and happy to help. My only issue is that's it's got a very tiny parking lot next to a pretty busy intersection.
