The Melting Pot Charlotte Lake Norman

After a million dollar property as a busy agent we pulled a roger right into The Melting Pot on a whim and wasn 't disappointed. Though they were busy on a Monday night they were able to seat us quickly at 6pm. Alysia was cheerful and enthusiastic as she showed expert care walking us through the menu and adding that little extra that all restaurants aim to achieve. The atmosphere is light however visibility when navigating to the I can 't find washroom because there are no signs, troubling. We started with the Wisconsin cheese and their bread, broccoli, apple option to dip it. Chewcutory board is the way to go (EXTRA). 2 salads where excellent, Caesar and California, Yum! 3 The Entree, we choose meat lovers then customized our other options with duck,salmon,shrimp. We song our praises of the Filet Mignon and Shrimp along with the Mediterranean broth we cooked it 2 minutes Medium for steak. Finally, the Dolce Dark Chocolate was super super. They leave salt there in case you want to season it. Finally, the Garlic Wine seasoning goes a long way. We left by 9pm. Yummy!

Some friends and I went to Melting Pot for a fun girl 's night dinner and had a great time! There was 6 of us and we split 2 couples dinners . This was more than enough food; it included a cheese appetizer with bread and veggies, salads, our main entrées, and a chocolate sauce with an array of desserts. We were at the Huntersville location and our service was amazing! I can 't remember his name at the moment but he was a full time middle school teacher, who worked at Melting Pot on Saturday evenings, and during summer break! He was seriously wonderful and super knowledgeable about the menu.

Went here for my birthday for the first and hands-down one of the best restaurants I've been too! Enjoyed every dish we had and DRINKS!! LOVED the drinks

Great food and great service. Our server Archie was amazing! He explained everything and had a rockin hairdo. He was personable and made the fondue experience even better. Definitely recommend eating here for a special occasion.

We went to the Huntersville NC location. Food was plentiful, delicious and our server Alexis was simply outstanding. Highly recommend it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
