El Generoso - Huanchaco

Learn how to make a flavorful gyro. Do some research get a recipe. Get the correct seasoning and sauce. No flavor, Zero taste, hardly filled, the gyro was dry, almost burnt. Imagine s/15. for a D rated sandwich. I'm sorrowfully embarrased to write this. It's so sad, I could only go again to give them s/15 more soles as a charitable donation and Not take a sandwich. Oh, and Mayonnaise on a gyro, You Got To Be Kidding !!

Definitely one of my favorite places in Huanchaco. Their burgers are homemade and you can really taste the difference. My favorites are the hamburguesa italiana and the veggie burger! On the second floor there is a nice area to enjoy your burger.

A nice apartment, good location, adequate kitchen. It wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed but didn’t take much to spruce it up. Our room was on the street side of the building next to a park that got pretty noisy in the middle of the night. All in all we enjoyed our stay here. The room was pretty spacious and the shower was hot!

I believe they're only open at night. Decent quick sandwiches: hot dog, chorizo, vegetarian egg mix, etc., all aerved on a hamburger bun with lettuce, tomato, and choice of sauces.
