Picatta Pizza Pasta - Houston

Ordered through Slice, placed order at 5:46PM, estimated delivery at 7:01. Had I known that, I would not have ordered. Got no updates thru Slice. Contacted Slice at 6:50, they called business and told order was on the way. After contacting Slice and finally business Pizzas arrived at 8. Of course, they were cold. Supposedly, getting a refund. If you employ your own drivers, why do you use Slice?! They offer no service to the consumer.

I did a carry out ordered for a large meat pizza and added jalapeños. The food was good however, the cashier added in a tip and then give me my total $20 exactly. I thought that was odd. Bottom line, I would highly suggest you compare your grand total to what your receipt shows.Food: 4/5

They are good. My family orders Lemon Pepper Wings and Shrimp Alfredo. They say its good. I try to order Eggplant parmesan, as Im vegetarian but they rarely have it. Not a huge fan of their tomato or alfredo sauces but its ok... pretty decent.

Ordered fried mushrooms, but upondelivery we received cheese sticks instead.When I called to inform them of the error, they told me they chose to substitute what I ordered and paid for, because they were out of fried mushrooms.So instead of calling me to ASK what I'd like to substitute or IF I'd like to substitute, they decided to make a substitution, and not inform me AT ALL, just so that they would not lose the money that I had spent.When I requested a refund, I was told that the manager was not available and not currently there at the restaurant, and that I would have to call back later- not that someone would RETURN MY call to address my grievance, but that I would need to CALL BACK and follow-up myself.Also, Sandwich/sub did not taste good and was not at all as advertised. I ordered cheesesteak, but received some sort of other meat on my sandwich instead. When I questioned them about the non-steak meat/sub sandwich, they gave me another poor, unacceptable excuse about the type of meat they'd used.

The reason why I didn't give them one star is because the pizza was good not great just good but they totally screwed up my order. Customer service was horrible. I should have looked at the Google reviews instead of going off of what a coworker suggested. Back to Pizza Hut and Domino's I go
