McDonald's Restaurant - Houston

The guy at the counter wouldn't take any orders he wanted everyone to order at the kiosk machine. Not to mention he was very nasty to everyone.

Came to get a quick lunch for me and my kids. Theu need to better serve people. Especially since we are paying the meals aren't free. I ordered some fries and something else. But the amount of fries they serve very bad. I asked for medium sizes fries. Not small fries in a medium sizes.

Really bad customer service they give you the coffee with no sugar and are really rude, Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

One star everything because these losers get my order wrong everytime.

I recently visited this McDonald's and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The restaurant was dirty, with dirty stains everywhere and tables left uncleaned. The service was slow and unfriendly; it took over 20 minutes to get my order despite the place not being busy. When I finally got my food, it was cold and the fries were soggy and salty. Additionally, the burger was poorly assembled and lacked the fresh ingredients advertised. Overall, the quality of food and service was far below my expectations. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
