This gets a 5 star only because Kenny was great! He deserves all the praise. Dude was working circles around the guy on drive-thru who had a **** poor attitude and was cussing a storm. Kenny corrected him on his behavior. Kenny is

They tried to charge me 12 dollars for 6 biscuit then had me wait 30 minutes after that I went inside which I was told they forgot about me then i get home and my order was all wrong very bad service

We had just watched the Astros game and we all were hungry. Half of us decided KFC. When my son got home and we were ready to eat the chicken was original but was so soggy and all falling apart. The bottom pieces were covered in oil…. So Nasty!!!!! I took it back and the employee was getting ready to return my money and the manager said no! I asked for store credit(she said no , gift card( she said no . She said they didn’t have gift cards in that store(really! I told her we were calling corporate to report the issue. She was rude and gave no care to making it right. We spent $45 on horrible food! I’m also going to dispute it with my credit card company.

The drive thru is fast and clear. The server thru cashier is kind, patient and helpful.

Food wasn't prepare correctly cream potatoes where like water and chicken wasn't hot but is was a little hard I was very unhappy with meal
