Chipotle Mexican Grill - Houston

They opened the store unprepared with no pico de gallo available and when I offered to wait. I was told it wouldn't be ready for another 15 minutes which unacceptable. They should’ve just told customers upfront so we would’ve a chose. I personally come for pico de gallo on my burrito and didn’t like unpreparedness of the restaurant.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Alexandria was especially helpful with everything.

Asked to use the restroom was told no we're closing in 20min smfh then same guy jumped on the register to cash me out, he reached for my food to bag it like you were just cleaning the bathroom seconds ago DON'T TOUCH MY FOOD...

Customer service was not that good and the burrito I ordered was very small and had very little serving sizes and for that price I’m expecting a lot more.

At Jessicas restaurant you can enjoy a good family atmosphere with Honduran and Mexican food, breakfast at all times of the day, barbecue broths, etc.
