Afghan Village - Houston

This is my first time to try out Afghan Food, I had an image of what to expect. The goat meat is slow cooked and it was delicious. The samosa was average nothing special. The atmosphere is laid back but the food is excellent that what matters.

Afghan Village Resturant we are visiting since it?s opened almost 6 years+ before. We always enjoyed their food. As per their specialty of authentic Afghani dishes sometimes we feel different than previous experience but still they are in top 3 for their dishes. Our always favorites are Chapli Kabab, Mantoo, Bolani and Qabuli Palau. This time Bolani was little different from round to oval shaped but the taste was fine. Chapli Kabab is much better than any other afghan restaurant.

We just ate dinner here. It was excellent!!! Very friendly people and the server was knowledgeable and polite. The food was flavorful and addicting. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Me encanto la comida! ? I loved the food, I recommend this place ? . Excellent service and the food is served fresh every single time I have come to eat here with my family! My favorite appetizer is the eggplant with yogurt, green tea is so delicious as well! ?? I will definitely return Afghan Village! ?

We had an amazing experience! The food was excellent. We sat on the floor in the raised platform area with cushions and enjoyed a real middle eastern moment. The green tea with cardamom is wonderful and the people friendly!
