Picnic Pasta - Horseheads

We wanted to be here at least once a week, today my husband ordered Mozzarella Sticks and a Turkish sub with Pommes. They pushed EVERYTHING in a small bag, the marina sauce opened and spilled the whole order, the frits opened and spilled on the floor when the truck. My husband went back to the restaurant (30 minutes a way) and they refused to make it right. I'm so disappointed with a place where we spent so much money. No order remake and no refund! I didn't know they were hard for money and couldn't make it right with a loyal customer. Now Picinic Pizza, we will spend NO LONGER a cent in your pathetic institution! We will also make sure to publish this experience on our Facebook page and ensure that we tell EVERYONE what you really think of your customers. You are disgusting and will never walk again near your sad restaurant!

The food is good, but the service is terrible. The owner or lady who usually takes the orders and the money is miserable. Once I was there for lunch and I got the exact change from my wallet and within 5 seconds she took the next person in line. She's very rude. I'd rather give my money to another company that deserves it! She looks like she's upset that you showed up. It's not even worth going.
