Bidrage med feedbackI always try to visit Dunkin everywhere I travel ?. My daughter took me to this one, The staff was friendly, the donuts were moist. My coffee was perfection!
Food was burnt. They didn’t know how to use a credit card. and the manager didn’t even seem like he wanted to be there. also stood at the counter to order for more than 10-15 minutes.
Donut holes are half the size they are at any other Dunkin I have ever been too and they put so little glaze on them, that you almost can't see it. Only explanation is that owners trying to cut corners to boost profits at the location. This is especially surprising since they are charging more than other locations. The Super Walmart Dunkin on 544 by comparison blows the doors off this one. The products are up to standard and staff is outstanding.
I like Dunkin, service was good and I enjoyed the holiday coffee flavors.
After standing at the register for 15 minutes I asked if somebody could take my order they basically told me I can either use the kiosk or I'd have to wait 20 minutes for somebody to take my order 20 more minutes this is what it's coming to you have to order off a computer while the humans stand there and do nothing that is why little Dunkin' Donuts Drive-thru 40 year old your job will not be there in 4 years manager standing there the whole time stocking cups but nobody has time to take my order no I don't want to use your kiosk I want a human to take my order because the kiosk doesn't make it the way I need it so basically told me I can either order from the kiosk or not order at all not to mention the fact that every Dunkin' Donuts in the zip code never has Donuts I wonder when the last time Papa John's ran out of pi if you don't go through drive-thru you're not a priority anymore Chick-fil-A seems to have it figured out maybe you guys should take some hints from their playbook
