McDonald's - Hope

I never come to a company commented, but the lack of customer service by companies has been ill lately. This Mc Donalds in Hope is terrible. There are NO CUSTOMER SRVICE and God forbid that they have to correct an order they have screwed up... They expected us to turn off the highway so they could reimburse us. Our McCHICKEN WERE MADE INSIDE ENGLISH MUFFINS!!! We told them to take off our name for the next time, and he was very hesitant to do it. I don't know who this one belongs now, but, McDonald's Corps don't check on the owners?? This isn't the first time we refunded the misery. Get it together, you ruin the Mc Donald's name and experience.

It should be open 24 hours. Last night at midnight the shield was illuminated to show that they were open, but the ride through was locked. It didn't happen for the first time.

The ordered two meals were cold and cakes were missing. Once you come home after parking, you will get the cold food and the missing part of the order you just give up. I never go back.

Very bad attention to details. Order a double cheeseburger and get a single hamburger. No self-service drinks, spices, etc. were provided in the bag, but no napkins or straws were provided. I took the order so we found it too late. Wouldn't stop here again.

I ordered a lot of items in the drivethru for myself, and kids. I paid, got most of my order and was asked to park. I thought it was going to take forever!... but their staff brought me the rest of my order in under...2 minutes. Their GEL members are very friendly!
