Quick place for lunch. Parking is difficult, so try it at 11 a.m. Pho oggie.

Food is good, but service is TERRIBLE. Over an hour for an execution order that was not even correct. On 2nd trip back 2 of the employees would not look in my way or offer help, as I am clearly in the register. I understand that lunch is an invigorated time, but over an hour for implementation and it is not even correct and half the food is not even hot at this point? The disappointment is an understatement. This place also refuses to answer her phone, had to call another place and forward the message. Absolutely ridiculous.

GREAT TASTE 4.5 just because of a looooong waiting for a sandwich. This place is packed and with all order-ins, it takes a while to get the grilled / boiled food. Don't hesitate to try it. This was the Ckicken Pesto Sandwich for $10.99. It was great!

I am a long-standing fan of La Tour Cafe your breads and pastries are always delicious and I am so excited that the owners can see their goods at Whole Foods and Foodland Farms Food Markets, ABC Shops, etc. Monday 5/16/22 I ordered a Wagyu smelting sandwich and garlic fries for dinner. I was really disappointed with her recent service. I called the restaurant to place an order at 6:23 a.m. on a weekday. I was hit with a sassy tone and asked from checkout 1. If I knew where the restaurant was located 2. If I knew the restaurant was closed at 7:00. On my request to drink water with my meal, I was told that only bottle water was available to me, I wanted to give the cashier the advantage of doubt. Maybe he had a bad day. That's okay, we all have them. I understand. But when I came to the restaurant at 18:40, this cashier was also sassy (question, facial expressions and voice). I learned that for me other water from the soda fountain was available for $0.52 a cup. When I finally got my food on 6:50pm, my request was not given cheese on my melt/sandwich, but somehow I lacked other ingredients from my order (no jalapenos I was happy). The food was cravings and I'd order either this article. Garlic Fries: too much butter, taste very rich, filling and fat (not positive) Wagyu Melt: (orders it without cheese) somehow mines did not come with jalapenos. Too much butter. Service 2 of 5 Essen 2 of 5 Disarmed and will search for my sandwichries elsewhere repair. *I rarely write negative reviews, but this felt disgusting

Due to pandemic they are probably not at their best. May want to wait till they can get back to normal. During my visit the whole modified menu was not available. I tried ordering a pizza to be told they stopped making it. This I found odd since few minutes later a customer picks up their pizza order. I ordered a panini but it took awhile. This was around 4:30. From what I can gather everyone was getting ready to close at 7pm. The oven must be a fire hazard to leave it hot so cool down must begin early. As for the food it wasn?t what I expected. It looked like a sandwich bread with something in between as filling. I ended up after a bite throwing it out. Once again it must be the pandemic so please go there with limited enthusiasm. For under $20 it would have been better spent elsewhere. It should be noted that the business does not take cash which I personally found strange since credit card usage involves additional charges by the credit card companies. Anyhow, I will wait to try their food and service another year or two.
