The Red Room /night Club - Hondo

The first time my husband and I moved to Hondo, and it was very covered and the staff was great!! Soon again!

I felt unwilling when I came in and it was my first time to go, I was greeted by the manager, I think her name was Charlan and she was my bar call for the night. As I said, it's my first time to go to this bar in Hondo TX and I got a shot for 7$, so the next drink I asked about the prices so that I 't pay so much. She pointed to this neon table on the wall and replied with stance that 's where I can find the prices, but I could not see or read anything on the board especially with everyone on the way. So I wondered nicely if she knows the prices on the cheapest mixed drink, then she started to argue with me and accuse me of being incoherent or drunk, I explained that I wasn't here yet, so I wouldn't know the prices. I think the manager was drunk, she used foul language and screamed over the bar. I understand screaming about loud music, but this lady manager still tried to argue with me after I had ordered a 4$ mixed drink. I ignored her rude comments when I talked to my company about the situation as it goes out of hand, and he tries to explain to the manager that I am new and I didn't want any problems, I just wanted after the prices. The management was terrible, the manager stopped selling me after my first drink. I was fine with that, but when I was greeted by some old friends I could talk and catch up in the bar, the entire staff administration kept my eye on me. I felt unintentional, unwilling, dissatisfied for my service and disturbed by the manager. Go down to the street, more from 6:00.

Our 1st time there Feb. 2,2018 came from Bandera. Dont know when we will make back but will come back sometime again.

Great place great staff and some killer jams by the Remidies. We have been twice and both times had a great time. The owner is a really nice guy and his staff is right on clean place great atmosphere. We will be back again.
