Bidrage med feedbackTerrible. Bread was burned in one place and clearly frozen, probably baked at the beginning of the day. Absolutely. Straws are not covered with paper, just a bunch of open straws in a box that probably touches hundreds of other people before I did. Play music full of kissy words while eating with my children. The staff was slow. Waited 15 min to get 2 regular sandwiches. Can't think of a single reason to come back
It was hard to find because it was in Coldstone, but once I realized that it was there, I found it fast. Two people worked when I came in. You didn't recognize me. I felt ignored. A guy came after me and they immediately took his Coldstone order. I was finally helped. I ordered a turkey and provolone sub. It wasn't as good as I remember, but I got full.
It looks like the main focus is the ice with Subs is a reflection. The staff also looks strange when I'm here. The last time that the person that my sandwich just left abruptly and a few minutes later someone else came back to finish my sandwich while the first person went back to help people on the ice side. I'm not going back here.
Great sandwiches because their bread is so fresh and soft. Plus it's co-located with Cold Stone Creamery which is the best ice cream ever!!
I went to this Blimpie on this past Monday, at approximately 5:45 pm. I drove about 40 minutes from Douglasville, because there aren't any in my area. I have patronized this establishment in the past with no issues. But on this particular day, there were 3 or 4 females behind the counter, and after standing in line, one female hollered out, that if you are here for a sandwich, they do not know how to make sandwiches. I have never heard that before, considering the customer tells you how to make their sandwich. The meat is pre-sliced, and so is the cheese, the customer from that point instructs the employee how they would like the sandwich completed. The Blimpie station was open, because I could see all of the condiments exposed. There was no note on the door, or on the Blimpie station, I can't understand how you have 3 to 4 employees at one time working in an establishment, that serves two different products, however they only know how to scoop ice cream. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to scoop ice cream. That was absolutely ridiculous , I will NOT be returning to this establishment again, who knows if they will be fixing sandwiches that day! If I could have given this review a zero I would have, given the situation 1 star is being generous.
