Bidrage med feedbackWe received food tasting invite from Team Tarsh. Group of 4 landed up for tasting. First impression of Tarsh through ambience and location was great. IT hub of Pune, Hinjawadi, attracts youth across nation to work for IT Giants. Hence there is always demand for hotels serving good food and entertain your great mood. Let me take you through our gastronomic adventure at Tarsh. We opted 4 Starters as : Smoked Fish Pomfret : 4 pieces of Pomfret were pleasure for tastebuds. Fish was very fresh and blended with perfect spices. Smokey feel of fish was mesmerizing. Jhinga Koliwada : We wanted to have Prawns but not in regular variants like beer batter, pan fried. Here we tried Jhinga Koliwada. Prawns tasted lovely with this distinct twist of flavors. Dish was presented nicely with salad. Tangdi Butter Garlic : Name of this dish caught my attention and we ordered it. After say 20 minutes, this dish came simply to surprise us. For sure it was a treat for eyes and for palates too. The thick gravy they gave with this prep was something unique I have came across. Murg Peshawari tikka : One of my foodie friend insisted to order this dish. When I had the first bite, I could feel the blast of flavors and spices together. Spice level was exactly as desired. Trivia : They have interesting green and red chutney which one shouldn't miss. Starters made a spectacular mark on us. While deciding for mains, we had Indian theme in mind. Hence our choice of mains was completely Indian. Mutton Rogan Josh : I enjoyed Mutton Rogan Josh. One of the best I have tasted ever. Flavors of spices made this dish really fascinating and I am not exaggerating my friends. Mutton was very fresh and cooked as desired. I remember having 3 4 spoons of Gravy without roti. Chicken Matka : I felt that due to Mutton, I couldn't give due justice to Chicken Matka. However I liked this dish too. : Main course also included Jeera rice , plain Roti, Garlic Naan. All three items were served as desired. Desserts : Sizzling browny with ice cream : Browny served was moist from the core as desired. Presentation was done very nicely. Browny went well with vanilla ice cream. Moong Daal Halwa : Though we were full by now, we agreed to taste a small portion of Halwa considering recommendation from Manager Mr. Jakson. Halwa was great in texture. Exact replica of what we make at home. Rabdi Jalebi : This is one preparation where most of the places flunk. Sweetness of Rabdi should be balanced. Rabdi should be thick not watery. These are two difficult things to maintain. Making crisp dollar Jalebi is relatively easier. Jalebi should be optimally sweet so that it complements the Rabdi to offer a nice experience when had together. Tarsh was successful to offer us the finest Rabdi Jalebi. To summarize my food safari, I would mention that in my view Tarsh has got great potential to win hearts through food quality, presentation, ambience and hospitality.
Tarsh Gastronomia Tarsh Gastronomia is located in Hinjewadi, They have stared their operation 2 months back. Tarsh serves North Indian, Italian, Chinese, Mediterrian, Pan Asian and Continental Cuisines. They have two seating options with Indoor and Outdoor with terrace area and some closed indoor seating space which is air conditioned. The décor of this place is modern and appealing. Seating is pretty comfortable. Mocktails: Import Export: Orange Vanilla Syrup and Kafir lime based mocktail had a strong flavors of Orange and a hint of Kafir lime. It was nice and refreshing. White Cloud: Fresh Cream and Litchi Juice were nicely blended and was good in taste. Import export was my best pick from the mocktails section. Starters: Smoked Fish Pomfret: Boneless pomfret marinated with black pepper, cumin and smoked with flavor of clove. It was served in a sizzler plate and was cover with foil paper before serving. The smoky flavor and mild spices did hit the right note. It was truly delicious. #Highlyrecommended Zinga Koliwada: Medium sized deep fried prawns, marinated with koliwada masala were good in taste. The prawns were not too much oily and well cooked. Tangdi Butter Chicken: Chicken leg piece marinated with butter and garlic sauce. The sauce was superbly blended was slightly spicy than usual and was creamy and had strong garlic flavor. The chicken pieces were cooked to perfection and was heavenly in taste. Undoubtedly star dish of our meal. #Highlyrecommended. Murg Peshawari Tikka: Boneless chicken cubes marinated in chilli paste and sprinkled with spices was excellent in taste. The chicken pieces were well marinated and the chicken pieces were tender and juicy. #Highlyrecommneded Chicken BBQ Wings: Chicken wings done in BBQ sauce were nicely done. The sauce was medium spict and the chicken pieces were wll cooked. Mains: Chicken Matka: The dish had boneless chicken pieces infused with mace and cardamom in an onion and tomato based thick gravy. The gravy had nicely blended masala and wen well along with Roti and Jeera Rice. #Recommended Desserts 3 Milk Cake: Layer of vanilla cake topped with condensed milk, and whole milk and heavy cream in between the layers was superbly done. The cake was spongy,moist and was not too dense. Indeed a perfect end to a scrumptious meal. #Highlyrecommended Moong Dal Halwa: Halwa prepared in moong dal and pure desi ghee was also well executed. It was served hot and the consistency of halwa was perfect. It was rich in taste with lots of ghee and was topped with dry fruits. #Highlyrecommneded Rabdi Jalebi: The jalebis were freshly prepared in desi ghee, it was served hot along with think and not too sweet rabdi, and was good in taste, however I felt that the jalebis were slightly sweet than usual. Phirni: We were offered cardamom and saffron based phirni’s in 4 flavours. Mango, Strawberry, Regular and Kiwi. Regular and Mango were my best picks. Sizzling Brownie: Chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream. The brownie was chocolatey, gooey and perfect on sweetness level, went well along with Vanilla Ice Cream. Overall: Service was prompt and restaurant was hygienic, pricing is reasonable. Special thanks to Mr Amandeep and Mr Jackson for their hospitality. The staff was polite, friendly and was well aware of the details of the dished that were served. Tarsh serves buffet during lunch hours starting from around 589 taxes for veg and 689 taxes for nonveg and is definitely a good deal considering the huge menu offered at the price point. I will definitely visit the same soon for trying their lunch buffet. Exotic Fine Dining place with huge food menu Loved the ambience soothing and very cheerful for dinner Kara cuisine world has done their best with this outlet. Very minute and detailed things have been taken care in designing this restaurant and Bar Would visit again and again Must Try place
I like most is the staff. They are polite, humble and helpful. Food was awesome. Mainly when we think about buffet, we are mostly looking for starter. We have barbeque options in other places. Here we got mixed(barbeque, pan asian, chinese, continental etc) and delicious. My 8 year kid also enjoyed the food. They have cool bar options too. There were rasgulla, chamcham, moong halwa, icecream and sweet cotton candy etc.
Food is really really good so much of variety in starter that to with good taste n quantity. I recommend must try and for sure once u visit u will not be able to stop yourself worth going. Yammi yammi tasty tasty
