On May 1, 2023 We visited Dockside Restaurant in Hilton Head. This is an annual stop on our trips to HH. Food and service has always been excellent. Walker was our server on our most recent trip and we were thoroughly pleased with his service.
Food is decent not great for what you pay. But the reason for my review is the actual group. These people treat others with NO respect. Very proud of what and “who” they are, and it shows! Even the OWNERS of the establishments come in and treat servers as if tipping them is an option for them!? It is disgusting to say the least. No reason to treat the people who make your restaurant run like dirt!!! Supporting serge is like supporting goodwill or walmart to me.
I appreciate the service I receive at Dockside...especially at the bar area...Kate is always....always.... efficient....friendly and intuitive....The mussels this time we're a disappointment....not sure what happened but the sauce was like tomato soup....not its' usual best....you may want to check with the chef....thank you
Every Serg restaurant is excellent! Very trained and professional staff. Environment is very welcoming and the whole group does a amazing job would highly recommend!
