The Old Mill Restaurant provided an exceptional buffet experience that left a lasting impression. Happy New Year! We booked the table for 6:45pm to make sure we finish dinner before the band starts playing at 8pm. That was the first time we had to wait for almost an hour for the entree. It was served once the band started playing so we missed half an hour of dancing. Frustrating. The food was tasty and nicely presented, however the kitchen closed at 10:30pm so we did not get the chance to order dessert. The band was entertaining and played well, we liked the selection of ABBA's hits, however they ended the performance at 10:30pm. It was Saturday evening so we had expected the band would play and we enjoy desserts by 11pm. We thank you in advance for taking our feedback into account as we plan to attend the upcoming Dinner Dancing events in 2024 and dance until 11pm.

There was no Kutia and no cabbage rolls this year. Last year server offered us juice for the meal not this year. Ukrainian food choices have decreased over the past three years as this is advertised ukrainian christmas buffet. No ukrainian children singing this year. Server was hard to find and dishes had piled up. Had to ask for coffee refills as she walked by us. I recommend but not as ukrainian christmas and just a buffet.

The food and the service were both excellent. The fact they have most food items labeled with the major food allergies and intolerances was a great asset to the buffet. It made the dining experience much more relaxing. It would be wonderful if they could do it for every item on the buffet.

We were there when the buffet was out. I thought we would be ordering from a menu so I was disappointed. I did not enjoy the buffet at all and would not go back. The service was awful. We hardly saw our person. Dishes were cleared and buffet presentation was well done but we had finished desert before we were asked about tea or coffee. We were married 30 years ago at the Old Mill and came back for our anniversary. Very disappointed. The building itself is beautiful and charming but I would not go back for the buffet.
