Harold's Diner - Hilton Head Island

Found it by accident while filling up gas next door. Cutest little old style diner! Just missed breakfast hour but Philly cheese was very good. Loved the atmosphere and everyone was friendly. Locals seems to love it! I had a great experience and would totally recommend. I?m a Chicago girl so not easily offended I though the wait staff was nice lol

My family and I enjoyed our visit. The wife and son had not experienced a diner like this. If you missed it better turn around and find it. Reminder this is a diner not a Starbucks. Pickup the menu at the door, fill it out be sure and put your name on it) turn it in. They will cook it up. Your job is to eat it efficiently pay and move on. not a Starbucks). No time for idle chit chat. Food is good and fast. Oh CASH ONLY!! Don't go here to read the paper or catch upwith old friends. Sit at the bar or they have tables for two. It is a small area. That's why it is important to eat and move on. Nothing personal.

What a gem of a diner! A throwback to the 60's! Amazing friendly vibe and a really happy place. Great quick lunch spot. Very close to our rental at Hilton Head Resort (5 minute walk). Good food, prepared freshly and quickly. We had the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, and the Rueben sandwich. Both extremely tasty and savoury and served hot off the grill. Also have a terrific outdoor picnic tables out behind restaurant. Highly recommended. Cash only (no cards) but they havean ATM right outside the door.

Great little diner! Good breakfast served hot and fast, with those good, crispy has browns we will definitely be back whenever we are on the island!

This little place is a local gem. My only regret is how long it took me to finally visit!
