I stop at this McDonalds once a month every month on the first weekday (L. S. S: I pick up an advance on my check in the area and want some food after cashing it). I can honestly say I have never had to wait an unreasonable length of time and my food has always tasted as fresh as possible. Some MCD locations absolutely chomp dong, this is not one of those locations; this location suckles it in the sense of the pleasure of a nice big nut, well okay not that good but you get the picture.
Very terrible service. The lady taking the order was so rude, unprofessional and so impatient to take my order. Plus a food item was missing in my order. Also had missing food items, like how can you even forget a whole 10 nuggets????? ?
Hispanic woman (I say this because it was 2 and the other one was white) our order on 10/10/22 at 8:25 o'clock was extremely rude for us and audibly sighs when we asked to make 2 separate orders and just repeatedly say what they want to hurry. they then began to make fun of us when we went up to the window. we asked for a manager and he was just as rude that we were threatening when we only asked him to talk about her attitude with her. he continued to tell us he wanted to do nothing about it and laughed about us. in a young person and in the usually do not make a big stink about these things, but in fact disgusted with how we were treated when we only asked him to talk to her about their attitude. I know that this woman has a serious employment problem and so often treats the customers.
I ordered two sausage biscuits and a coffee in the drive thru. All the person at the pay window said was 'two biscuits and a coffee, ' barely confirming my order. All I got was two biscuits, no sausage. I 've had to, on almost every visit, reconfirm my order and wait to get my total at the first window, not knowing what I 'll be paying, or if they got my order correct. I 've told management about this multiple times, yet nothing is apparently done about it. I didn 't want to resort to this, but this morning 's screw-up forced my hands
