Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hicksville

The place is very clean and beautiful. The service was great. I would definitely go back here when I'm in the area and I recommend everyone to check this place.

Great food, but the pickup was very late. It was not ready until 35 minutes after promised delivery time of 6:20, we had ordered at 5:40. I would have given 2 or 3 for that late, but the Burrito bowl with chicken and black beans was really good, so the chips and guacamole were. Employees clearly worked very hard, but the company must send notifications when they run late.

If they keep getting my order wrong every time I go to this place, offering a free duck as compensation isn't enough. I would rather have my money back.

This was the only Chipotle I trusted because it was always so clean, and I never felt unwell afterward. That is, until yesterday. I should have left when I had the chance, but I didn’t.

I have placed several large group orders and have not encountered any issues. I consider that a significant achievement, especially when trying to satisfy 25-30 people at once.
