Do not understand how this place has such a low rating. we had an absolutely wonderful experience here with the personal and location! regarding the food, the Cuban sandwich and the pan con totec were as authentic as they can get! I have tasted so good that I never wanted to finish it! highly recommended to come to this place if they wish an authentic and wonderful Cuban food in miami.

I ordered food from here through Postmates. We ordered 2 of their famous sandwiches which we paid extra for their 16 but received two 8 . The quality of the sandwiches were not good at all and their pork chucks were so dry and tasteless that our dog didn't eat it either. As for Postmate's credit was only $4.00. They still pocketed $14 plus taxes and fee. I wish I can give them less then a star!!!!

Last time these people get my money. If I could give them negative stars I would. I'm not the type of person to wish ill will on anyone but I hope this location goes out of business as soon as possible. They don't deserve to make money off of anyone with the lack of service a lack of respect they treat customers with. If the owner of this location is reading this I hope you seriously re evaluate your choice in staff because la falta de respeto waitresses you currently have are gonna cost you your livelyhood.

This place was a very big disappointment, I grew up living off these sandwiches and the quality of the service/food has dropped, as far as I can say for this location. I called and ordered what I have always ordered and desired for, a famous classic churrasco sandwich. But when I picked up my food and went home and finally got ready to eat, the sandwich was of something else. Displeased and somewhat bother and upset I took the sandwich back to get what I had asked for regardless the confusion, I was looked at as if I disrespected them for kindly letting them know that they got my order wrong, if they can fix it even if the cost was different, for I'm willing to pay it. And they still has the audacity to tell me as if i don't know or if I didn't properly ask for the sandwich and tried telling me and correcting me saying this was my fault that they have to pay for my mistake. It was pure ridiculousness. Probably won't be coming here anymore anytime soon nor will I been recommending this place to anyone.

Horrible service and false advertisement. I ordered through Postmates and my order with taxes came out to be $14 which I was fine with. When my order gets completed all the sudden I see a charge of about $25. When I call they said they charge the restaurant price not what's on the app. When I asked to speak to the owner he was never available. My bill almost doubled had I known I would've never ordered from there. The food is not worth the price they are charging. And they are scamming ppl on the app to get them to place the order with false lower prices so they can then charge whatever they want plus charged taxes twice. Never again will I be ordering there.
