Bidrage med feedbackAs myself and 3 of my homedawgs are on our way back from a long and overly eventful road trip we stopped a this dunkin and had the best fast food experience any of us have ever had. The employee named Rylan was so welcoming and prudent with his charisma he definitely restored my faith in dunkins as the one in my home town has a lot to learn from this location. The other employee named Meilly was very friendly and it was easy to tell how much she cares about her job. Overall, we all loved this dunkin so much and would also be willing take a 9 hour drive to come back. It was clean, extremely welcoming, and had helpful employees that prove this generation (can) present themselves professionally and show their appreciation and dedication to their job (which I would beg to differ they have made into an art). Thanks so much to Meilly and Rylan... their boss should give them a raise.
Apparently they think it's fine to decide to only do mobile orders out of no where.
Unfortunately, majority of the time I've tried to order from this location, they are always out of product. They always seem to have new employees working who are new to customer service (not rude, just uncomfortable). The last 3 times I've tried in the past 2 months, I've had to leave without any food or drinks because they don't have anything and when I ask for a refund, I have to follow up with the app or company website instead. I'm typically there in the mornings, so it seems like they're out entirely vs have run out. I wish they'd at least update the app that I can't order anything and that they'd refund the money that I've paid. It's extremely frustrating.

Ran out of the donut I ordered but failed to replace it with anything else. The employee was super nice but the manager was rude.
