Omg! Burgers Brew - Hermiston

Place to go order with day hostess p. Was asked whether I wanted to wait in store or receive text. I said text. Took my number. Was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. After 35 minutes I went in store and asked for order. It was sitting on counter. Told her I never received a text. No reply. She handed me my order and said have a nice day in a tone that wasn't very friendly or sincere. Got to car no napkins or a fork for the chili fritz burger. Food was great service sucked. Was also charged a 10% service charge. For what service . Because it was Togo or because she was supposed to text me. If I would've known I wasn't going to receive good service I never would have given her a tip.

Had the big Bleu burger and fries. Awesome. A very small observation, not a complaint, just a touch too much salt on the fries. Again ,that's not a complaint.

Peach Soda was Awesome!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free Hamburger bun.....I ordered it and used for a hot dog!
