Firehouse Subs - Hendersonville

I went the other day and ordered a meatball sub. the picture I uploaded may not be the best picture, but the meatball sub was great!

Every time I order from this restaurant, they consistently get my order wrong. Despite giving them multiple chances, they still can't seem to get it right. If you're comfortable receiving whatever they decide to make for you, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I suggest taking your money elsewhere.

We have had several experiences that lead us to believe that this restaurant is not interested in making sales near closing time. We have encountered attitude from the staff in the past, and tonight the app would not accept our order even though it was still more than 30 minutes before closing. By doing this, the restaurant is missing out on potential sales and upsetting customers.

I must commend Firehouse Subs for their excellent catering at our Hendersonville Annual Senior League tournament yesterday, as well as in past years. Personally, I am grateful for accommodating my request for a "breadless" sub by providing the beef and cheese in one container and the salad and tomatoes in another. The service was top-notch, and the food was delicious. I encourage other Senior League members to enjoy their fine offerings at any time, not just during our tournament. Thank you, Firehouse Subs! I have placed an order online and it messed up, but it does not recognize until I came to pick up the order. It was totally my fault when I was multitasking while I gave the order, so I just wanted to arrange a sandwich and pay for it. I was told that I shouldn't worry about it and that they would fix it without an additional fee. Thank you. Firehouse for being so brilliant! I loved you, but I love you now! Customer for life!
