Confusing and slow service, but my Kartoffelsuppe, that is potatoes' soup, was relly tasty. Nice atmosphere

First thing, lower your expectations for this restaurant. We have dined at many Michelin star restaurants see my other reviews), and this was the worst from the front room to the kitchen. I had to send my main course of risotto back because it...was way too salty. I have never done this before! I had the 3 course vegetarian menu and my husband had the 4 course menu. When I ordered my 3 courses, I pointed out that the most expensive of them only added up to 75 euros instead of the 79 I would be charged! The waitress said she had never had anyone order the vegetarian menu before &couldn 't explain the extra cost. When we got the bill, she charged us for two 4 course menus at 99 euros, and for some reason none of the wine we ordered! This was of course quickly corrected I their favor, since we ordered really good wines. When I complimented the sommelier 's choice of red wine and said it had a spicy finish...he told me NO, it was not spicy. Afterwards I gave him the feedback about how to disagree with a customer without making them feel wrong... I find that interesting, but I don 't get the same notes as you, etc. It was the most disappointing Michelin star restaurant that I have ever experienced. They are riding on their beautiful location instead on depending on their strength in the kitchen or the service they provide. Please, please, please....Michelin, give your stars for those who deserve it and not to those who rest on their laurels, whether that be their location or for long ago excellence. This place does not deserve your love.

We are here to brunch. service was friendly, but sometimes a bit uncoordinated. the food was excellent: calf meat, trout, risotto. the sect was good, but the weeping were only average, although they were partly from renowned wineries. the breakfast buffet was below. an average hotel breakfast and was presented carefree. the worst dish was caprese with gum-like mozzarella and tasteless tomato. and the hot chocolate was hot water with some powder, probably from the coffee machine. a disappointment.

Fortunately, they have the opportunity to eat in this restaurant! from beginning to end was the service and eating impeccable. the vegetarian/vegan option was nice for all five courses, not even I felt down or that it was not enough. the five courses meat/fish courses, although not my cup tea, were enjoyed by my partner. we had this 5-course menu with different weeps, michael was amazing to explain to us in English, but also to explain the German phrases that added something extra through the meal. our other server/waitress, monica, was an atem from fresh air, so bubbly and want to get to know us as a couple, so we feel welcome again. it is very easy to feel restless in such a fantastic environment, but never have we felt that we “out of place” we felt that we had gone to the high-end restaurant yes, but one that ozed customer service, and the ability to feel welcome. I need to add my cucumber soup, was absolutely wonderful ive not stop talking about it since! 20/10! many thanks for a great culinary experience! I hope they can enjoy even more of their fine eating in the future.

We were very well treated by the moment we arrived. we celebrated a special occasion and were not despised. the food was excellent. there was a small mistake with our wein at the beginning, but that was quickly solved in a friendly and efficient...maner we loved that eating was all regional and the wein. we will definitely come back and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place that is more special.
