Bidrage med feedbackMy experience was normal/uneventful, but as I was exiting the restroom, I overheard the cashier denying service to a family with the justification that We close at 8 pm . I looked at my watch and it was only 7:12 pm. I used to work in food service myself. Where I come from, if a customer walked in at 7:59 they could order anything on the menu. We 'd lock the doors at 8, and then start our closing procedures. This restaurant leaves the doors unlocked while they start closing an hour before close . They deny service to anyone that might prevent them from clocking out exactly at 8 pm.
I spent the weekend parked at the truck stop next door. Would've liked to eat Arby's at some point but their dining room was closed and I can't exactly take my Peterbilt through the drive thru. I saw other truckers walk over there just to turn and walk away. I wonder how many customers they lose every day for that?
I recommend everyone pass on this Arby's.What's the deal with being closed during business hours? Oh, I saw the drive through operating, but you think tractor trailers can get through there? You're right by 2 truck stops and you have the doors locked so we can't get in. In hard times, you chase business away? You learn that in business school?
Food was good service was low on the drive through ordering but the cashier was nice and friendly
I eat here daily and if that rude hostile woman is at the drive thru again, she had better get some training on customer service quick. Her demeanor is just awful. She stated she’s the new manager. Wonderful. Bring back the nice friendly people, this location doesn’t do enough business to run off the regulars. Rant over.
