Bidrage med feedbackIf a sushi/hibachi restaurant could be a dive bar, this would be it. The restaurant smells awful and the sushi is definitely not fresh. We were LITERALLY the only people in the restaurant (on a Saturday night around 6PM) and everything was super rushed. Wealways wondered why there were never any cars in the parking lot and we completely understand. FYI, it?s also BYOB. Not quitesure how they are rated 4 stars?
My honey bought me the seafood soup because I'm not feeling well. Omg that soup is so good. I pour half, they are generous with the portion. Thank you to the chef. It's our go to !!
The place smells like a dirty bathroom as soon as you come in, the service was good but the soda was flat and the glasses are tiny and full of ice (to save money) to the point that the glass is empty after 3 decent sips. I ordered the godzilla roll andthe sushi was underwhelming and bland, the wasabi paste which is usually extremely hot everywhere else I?ve been too had no kickto it as if somehow it was watered down. Definitely not coming here again.
The Godzilla roll was really good. The hibachi was fine, nothing special. The customer service was good until we waited 30 plus mins for our meal and no one wanted to explain why other people who came in after us were getting their meals instead of us. Wewere told that our order was staggered since we ordered sushi. The kitchen?s decision to wait instead of asking when we wantedto get our food led us to be sitting a long time while larger groups after ate and left. Good was good but service needs toimprove.
Visited for the first time this past Sunday and was not disappointed with the food. The fish tasted very fresh (yellowtail, salmon, tuna, snapper), the menu has a nice selection of standard rolls and specialty rolls. The staff was friendly and wedidn't have to wait very long to get our food. We will definitely revisit and try more rolls.
