Great place for a meal for everyone. The food and drinks are great! The service is great and fun to chat with while enjoying the atmosphere. At the request of the kids they even made special smiley face waffles! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Paisley Pear Wine Bar, Bistro and Market is an amazing atmosphere with top-rated wine selections. If you are a wine lover, the range of selections and prices are right in line with their market and offerings! We needed a place that focused on great wines, cheeses, atmosphere, and Hays history. I'm thankful for their willingness to open such a wonderful bistro on The Bricks in Downtown Hays!
