Osaki Japanese - Hays

I visited this restaurant for the first time while traveling through the countryside. I had a great experience and enjoyed my meal. The service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent, earning a perfect score of 5. The recommended dishes, including Shrimp Tempura, Miso Soup, and California Roll, were delicious. There was plenty of parking available in the free parking lot.

Fried rice was so so. Teriyaki chicken was not good. Filet mignon and scallop was delicious! Perfectly cooked. Charred veggies were great. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Lovely place for good food whilst driving I-70 from Denver going east. Was in the mood for veggies and lean proteins so hibachi works great. Staff were super pleasant and the food was really tasty! Poor A/C was doing its best, it was 104* outside when I dined here and was a bit warm, but not too bad. Would stop again should I find myself in the area! Service: Dine in

As new transplants to Hays, we want to try all of the flavors Hays has to offer and Osaki did not disappoint. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant. I know it will quickly become one of our favorites.
