I get that it’s a road stop but every time we make the mistake of stopping. Dirty bathrooms. Order wrong. Food is cold and takes forever.

Get rid of your split drive thru or train employees to take orders wait for it in order. Just about every time I’m told to wait and while I’m waiting another car pulls up to the other stall and they get service. My only option to avoid waiting on someone else is to then pull forward and order at the window, while receiving dirty looks from the employees.

I just wish I knew why everytime I order specificaly 2 quarter lb patties with cheese only. No bun or anything else. They always put it on lettuce. I never ask for lettuce, it tastes like chemicals.

Drive thru was easy. The hot and spicy snack was worth it after delayed flights.
