Bidrage med feedbackPositive aspects include self-service where you can choose your ingredients using a plastic bowl and tongs, weigh your food, select the broth and spice level, and make your own dipping sauce. The current price is $27 per kilogram and credit card payments are accepted. Tips for customers include a discount for cash payments. One downside is that seating is limited and the service can be a bit slow due to the limited staff, especially when making the dipping sauce. Overall, the hearty and tasty selection of ingredients makes for a satisfying meal at Malatang.
Interesting Chinese restaurant where they choose their ingredients and they cook it for them in suppe. in the city of Zweig you can choose the height of spiciness (with 5 flats). good amount of ingredients to choose, and the suppen base is delicious. but when we were there, the restaurant was very busy, and the tables were dirty. it is also difficult to get a table so they can have problems with big groups. they pay by weight of the ingredients
The best suppe I tried to live in all my life. extremely tasty and they can choose what they want in it and also the size of the portion. also it's cheap. unfortunately not suitable for vegetarians since the broth made on ochsenknochen and includes...Wäsche milch. in the center you will find it on the ningbo road, it is a road parallel to the nanjing east road. it is located in the same building with yangs fried dumpling, few doors on the left side.
What a concept! they get their own hot pot ingredients (bef, sweet, noodle, etc) and pay after weight. then their suppe is made with all ingredients, and they can choose what extra toppings they want (salt, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil,...spice level). the broth is super rich, secret ingredients!
If you are familiar with eating Chinese style Hot Pot, then you might like to try Yang Gou Fu Ma La Tang. It works like this. You take a bowl, and then fill it with the ingredients of your choice. The bowl is then weighed...and you pay by weight. The food is taken and cooked in a spicy broth of your choice. We think that Yang Gou Fu Ma La Tang is aiming for a clientele already familiar with the process. There were various noodles, meats, vegetables, tofus and we don 't know what else. Eating here really is easiest if you are proficient with chopsticks as the little plastic spoons and forks really don 't handle the task that well. Your bowl number will be called in both Chinese and English. The sauces are also listed in Chinese and English. Note that 'medium ' spicy is extremely spicy to the typical western palate. The restaurant was very popular with Asian people as well as a few westerners. Don 't wear nice clothes as little drops of the broth are likely to flip off of the food as you are eating. Chili oil is quite staining.
