Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant, with two levels, is very popular among Chinese patrons. I was genuinely surprised by this. The fact that it is a favorite among them indicates that the food must be delicious and authentic. We didn't hesitate to order our favorite dishes, including dumplings, eggplant, and fried noodles.
As a native of the Jiangnan region in China, I can confirm that Jiangnan Kitchen offers authentic Jiangnan cuisine. It is a must-visit for me whenever I am in Melbourne, as it brings back memories of home.
I enjoyed the food, which had a moderate level of authenticity. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also pleasant, although the food did take a while to be served. The staff members were friendly. The portions were quite large, making it a good option for friends to share a meal together.
The food here is mediocre Chinese food. I'm not too sure if it's the region of JiangNan... but there are better Chinese food options around. However... food is reasonably priced and portions are decent sized
Had Shredded pork with pancakes, braised eggplant, spicy pork chops. Very big servings, good quality and fast friendly service. Also had the spring onion pancake and spicy dumplings which were fresh and done very well
