The food was varied and everything tasted great.tge service was friendly and efficient.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience. The food was excellent and as the website says the property is a Georgian gem . The server, who admitted she was new to the job and had plenty to learn, and was clearly a little nervous, was very friendly and attentive. We will certainly recommend The Hawthorn to others, and will visit again if in the vicinity.

Absolutely beautiful. Spot on service, attentive and friendly staff. Stunning food and lovely drinks. The atmosphere and furnishings are classy and relaxing. Perfect.

Wonderful fresh food and excellent ambiance. Even gave us a glass of fizz on arrival to celebrate our anniversary
