Starbucks - Hartwell

My husband had his first Starbucks here recently. Well he ordered hot chocolate and it tasted like straight tap water with a hint of chocolate. We got home and he poured it out before throwing it away. At the bottom of the cup was just a clump of chocolate like it hadn't been stirred at all. We were very disappointed.

I’ve only had great experiences at this location! The customer service and drinks have all been amazing. I already know most of the baristas by name who work the drive thru. Love it!

Got where I was going so I tried my drink and I was disappointed it tasted like watered-down milk really don't have time to go back right now

I come through this Starbucks all the time. The nicest barista I have dealt with is Makeyla. She is very sweet and quick to make you laugh. Always gets my drink right!!!

This is the second time I've stopped here and again my coffee wasn't hot. It was around 10 am and there was no bold coffee only Pikes which I am not a fan of. I guess if I stop again I'll have to get an expresso.
